We have been around for a long time!

Afternoon Auxiliary has been in existence for approximately 115 years. On November 11, 1899, 34 ladies of “good character” met and formed the Afternoon Auxiliary. In 2003, we purchased the Thrift Seller building. In 2010, Auxiliary transferred the service programs to the new RIH Volunteer Services Coordinator.

We have also had great success with raising funds for much needed equipment…

From 1980 to now, over $4 million has been raised to purchase special equipment such as, Pulmonary Function System, Instrument Tables, Breast Feeding Pumps, assorted stretchers, ECG Carts, Birthing Beds and Cancer and ICU Renovations.
